Dues: How much, when, and how

Dues for Planet Earth 2019 are $400 if you join the camp by July 7th.  Unfortunately that time has passed.  If you join between July 8th and August 15th, they are $500. Membership enrollment closes on August 15th, or when we reach our cap of 85 people.

If you are reserving a dedicated 30 amp power connection, please add a $300 fee to the total amount of your dues. This only needs to be paid once per vehicle. So for example if there are 5 people in your RV or trailer, only one person needs to pay for the 30 amp connection.  There are only a few RV spots left

These dues help pay for the PE infrastructure that all camp members enjoy. Including: Porta potties, waste water removal, showers, a shaded kitchen area, private camp lounge, year round storage, guaranteed placement, and the transportation costs for the container. Please note that around 95% of the actual PE Nightclub, from the floors to the walls, DJ Booths, sound system, lights, videos and even fog machines have been privately donated or raised via fund raisers, very little of your dues money goes towards the nightclub infrastructure. 

Once your application has been approved (you can see this by going to your PE login and you will see a section called 'You Are Approved!'), then you just need to follow the payment instructions below before you're a registered member of Planet Earth 2019!  After payment has been received and processed that will be replaced with a section called 'Member of Planet Earth 2019'

We prefer that you use Paypal. To do this, please send a money transfer to Planet Earths accountant, Cassidy Moore.

For all forms of payment be sure to include a break down of what the payment is for. We need the itemization to know who is paying for what. Especially if you're paying for multiple people

IMPORTANT!
Please use the "send money to a friend" option, otherwise Paypal will charge a fee. This fee will be deducted from your camp dues, and you will need to pay the difference to fully pay your camp dues

If you are unable to use Paypal the only other option is to send a check (for only yourself) to the Planet Earth Accountant, Cassidy Moore. Please note however, that your camp membership is NOT complete until your registration is approved, and she receives the check, and the check clears, it is conceivable that during this delay we will hit our 85 person cap, and your camp registration will be denied if it is not received in time. If this happens your check will be returned to you.
