2024 Steward Sale
Hello Planet Earth!
Planet Earth 2024 is a go!
The DGS registration time is upon us. We have gotten our Steward sale allocation, 40% less than previous 🙁. Still we are looking to make sure we can utilize our full allocation of tickets for PE 2024.
If you are interested in participating you need to send Alex Samonte or Jenn Parnell Kirkpatrick a message on FB indicating you want to be a part of the steward sale.
Any Steward Sale person needs to make sure they can:
Commit to PE 2024
Buy 2 Event tickets
Buy 1 Car pass
Be available to buy during the Steward sale (3 day window).
Even if you think we 'already know' you want to be part of the steward sale, SEND US A MESSAGE. You will be invited to the steward sale group and we will coordinate everything from there.
The tickets from the steward sale MUST be used for PE members, even if you are only getting 1 ticket for yourself, you need to buy 2 and we will hook you up with another PE member who needs a ticket to reimburse you. Same with the vehicle pass.
The Steward sale tickets must NOT be will call. You need them shipped to you physically. Trying to transfer tickets via STEP and other methods is a NIGHTMARE.
This is one of the quickest and easiest ways to get tickets. We only have a limited number of slots.
